    • Saw Blade Sharpening

    We will sharpen all kinds of saw blades on our high precision state-of-the-art CNC Sharpening machines so that you get cutting edges to better than new condition and the maximum life span from your saw blades.

    Band Saw Blade Sharpening

    We will Sharpen your Bandsaw blades to perfection. After sharpening them we will pass them through our setting machine so that you get accurate balance and maximum performance. Cutting and Welding to your exact measures also available.

    Planner Knive Sharpening

    We are capable of resharpening carbide tipped knives and profiled inserts (TCT) also disposable blade such as Teresa, Variplan, Centrofix, Terminus, Kanefusa, and Sinus. .

    Custom HSS Knive Shaping for Cutterheads

     

    We can design and shape custom profile cutters using your CAD or faxed drawings or a wood sample. We use a CNC machine to cut our templates and then shape the knive according to the template and then we finish by sharpening your knives to perfection.     Design

    You can send us your own CAD design or a a draft design with the dimentions or even a wood sample and we will draw the tool on our specialized software. You can send us your design at info@pvnicolaou.com and ask for a quote..

    Plastic Template

    After we design your knives on our specialized softawre, we will create a plastic template using our CNC cutting machine in order to proceed to the knive manufacturing.

    Shaping The Knive

    Then we will place the Plastic template on our Knive shapinng machine on order to get your knives cut according to the exact shape you asked for.

    Sharpening to perfection

    Finally we will make sure that your new knives are grinded and sharpend to perfection so that you can get the most out of them .

    Band Saw Blade Cutting and Welding

     

    We will cut and weld blades to any specified length in our Bandsaw Blade Center. Everything from Flex-Back blades for cutting wood & composite materials to the M42 Bi-Metal blades for metals & heavy duty cutting. We can even make meat-cutting blades

    Tool Repair and Reconditioning

     

    We will take on repairing and reconditioning your woodworking tools. If there is something that we cannot repair we will send your tool to our expert partners in Greece or Italy in order to get your tools repaired.
